Single Frame Shell™ – Next Generation Union Snowboard Boot Construction

Single Frame Shell™ is Union’s patented technology and a true revolution in snowboard boot construction. The first of its kind in the industry, it completely changes the way boots are designed, assembled, and used. The shell is made of ultra-light, super durable, waterproof Pebax known for its flexibility and resistance to extreme conditions.

This allows the boots to maintain reactive flex and full performance throughout the boot's lifecycle, setting them apart from traditionally constructed models.

FORMA PRO LINER – Liner

Built from the ground up by Union. The Forma Pro Liner is the first thing you feel when putting on the boots and the last thing you think about while riding. This 100% custom-fit memory foam liner molds perfectly to any foot from the first wear, providing the support and performance riders need for multi-season use (100+ days per season).

The foam returns to its original shape after use and re-molds to your foot on the next wear. Important: do not heat this liner in the traditional way, as it may damage the memory foam properties.

Contact 3D formed Dual Density Ortholite™ footbeds deliver unmatched performance and comfort. Unlike traditional foam, Ortholite™ compresses less than 5% over the boot's lifetime, so cushioning, fit, comfort, and performance remain unchanged. Made with 5% recycled rubber.

REBOUND BUSHING SYSTEM™

The secret weapon inside every pair of Union snowboard boots. The Rebound Bushing System™ adds a lightweight cushioning layer under the heels and toes to reduce snow vibrations and absorb heavy impacts. This unique rebounding foam layer combined with the Phylon EVA midsole reduces foot fatigue and maintains shape and performance over time.

X-GRIP OUTSOLE

The Union X-Grip Outsole is made from durable, high-performance natural rubber, providing excellent grip on snow and ice. Compared to other outsoles on the market, Union’s innovative design has minimal thickness for enhanced board feel and performance.

DUAL ZONE BOA® LACING

Dual Zone BOA® lacing provides premium all-mountain performance with two independent, micro-adjustable zones. The tongue dial controls the upper zone lace, providing optimal flex and stability, while the side dial adjusts forefoot tension for greater response and control in the lower zone.

BOA® TX3 LACES

TX3 laces are the workhorse of the BOA® system, tested in the toughest conditions and configured for precision and performance. Flexible, low-friction TX3 laces offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
