TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PUNKTOSHOP (SKATESHOP.PL LOYALTY PROGRAMME )
1. This customer loyalty programme (hereinafter – PUNKTOSHOP) provides benefits applicable to online customers purchasing goods through skateshop.pl
2. The organiser and manager of the program is incorporated as: SKATESHOP SP. Z O.O. SP. K. NIP: 788-188-34-74 UL. GRUDZIENIEC 102 60-621 Poznań hereinafter SKATESHOP.PL.
3. Every person with a registered customer account at skateshop.pl is eligible to benefit from the PUNKTOSHOP programme.
4. Benefits of the programme will automatically apply to all account holders registered prior to its launch.
5. Every newly registered skateshop.pl customer will automatically be inducted into the programme.
6. Customers participating in the programme will be awarded loyalty points for purchases made in skateshop.pl.
7. Points are awarded on the scale of 0.1 point for each 1 PLN spent at skateshop.pl.
8. Points are credited to the account after 14 days.
9. Points cannot be transferred among multiple accounts of a holder.
10. The programme is not applicable to any purchase made prior to 1 June 2007.
11. Customers may forfeit points against postage costs incurred by skateshop.pl for any unclaimed delivery.
12. 5 loyalty points are added to the customer’s account for an opinion/review posted about the product upon each purchase (applicable only to actual purchase made by the customer).
13. Points are accumulated on the customer’s account.
14. Points are awarded on the ‘store credit’ basis only and are not convertible to cash.
15. Points can be exchanged for products available at skateshop.pl according to their point worth.
16. Products received under PUNKTOSHOP (exchange for loyalty points) are considered gifts and are not covered by the ‘return and complaint’ policy.
17. Loyalty points may be claimed whilst placing an actual order and the product claimed against the points will be added to the delivery. Products claimed for points will not be delivered separately.
18. Products for points are delivered with the actual order or no later than in 30 days from order placement.
19. Products for points are subject to availibility of stock.
20. The organiser reserves the right to alter these terms, to suspend or discontinue the loyalty programme at its own discretion and upon a proper notice to all programme participants. Any alterations to these terms and conditions will be preceded by a minimum of 30 day notice posted to all aprticipants.
