Zasady dotyczące zwrotów
All products offered on sale in our store are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty. Should you discover any defect in the product(s) upon receipt of delivery please return the delivery by registered post with a detailed description of the problem to this address:

RETURNS OF GOODS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF RESENT TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The customer is entitled to cancel a distance selling contract within 14 days. In such a case the seller SKATESHOP.PL will – upon the client’s request – refund the value of order by bank transfer.
RETURNS
We warrant to you the right for a return of goods for full refund within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the goods received for any reason please return them at your cost together with bank details for the refund. We shall refund your order within 14 days. Please remember to enclose a Return of Goods Form (filled out and signed) and the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
EXCHANGE
We offer you an option to exchange an item in case of a size difference for the same product of a different size as per your specification subject to availability of stock and on terms as laid out in the ‘Returns’ section of the T&C. You will need to return the product at your own cost. Skateshop.pl will then deliver the corrected size item if available at the customer’s cost. To ensure that the item and size is available please contact our staff prior to returning the product in order to make necessary arrangements.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING
At SKATESHOP.PL we offer only genuine products of highest quality by renown brands. We trade exclusively with certified manufacturers or their authorised dealers. All products offered are brand new and originally packaged. We accept complaints for any detected discrepancy with the goods description.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, maintenance and storage of a product in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions or any mechanical damage and force majeure events.
A complaint will be reviewed in 14 days from receipt of returned product(s) and the customer will be notified of the result by email or phone.

All returns, exchange requests or complaints must be accompanied with the order ID or other information which helps to identify the order.
