• CAMBER: The SURF CAMBER TWIN features smooth arcing tip and tails and camber through the inserts. The gentle low angle allows for maximum float and control.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

• CORE: META CORE™ - Capita used the incredibly lightweight P2 Superlight Core™ and added stiffer and perfectly damping beech wood inserts running through the inserts to increase strength and further boost pop.

• FIBER: HOLYSHEET™ TRI/BI - has a higher glass-to-weight ratio than regular fiberglass. The top layer features a triaxial weave for increased responsiveness and stiffness, while the bottom layer has a biaxial weave to maintain the board's freestyle character.
• RESIN: MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN - Capita uses eco-friendly resin for all their boards, which is produced without waste and greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, it provides high performance with reduced heat demand, meaning lower energy consumption in the snowboard manufacturing process. This allows the core to be lighter while maintaining the same board properties. Therefore, CAPiTA boards are among the lightest on the market!
• BASE: POWDER DRIVE™ BASE - Dynamic and durable, easy to maintain and reliable, this material moves like lightning through trees and quickly traverses flat terrain. These bases, developed exclusively for the Spring Break series boards, were created with the "powder" lifestyle in mind. They combine the best features of sintered bases—speed, and extruded bases—durability!

• EDGES: 360 degree HRC48 Steel Edges.
• SIDECUT: BLENDED RADIAL sidecuts feature a single radius arc through the midsection of the board combined with a custom designed blend zone at the contact points. Varying the length of these blend zones and tailoring them specifically for certain aspects of riding greatly improves a board’s performance
• SIDEWALL: full sidewalls with ABS1000 protection.
• INSERTS: stainless steel 4x2 inserts
• LAMINATE: PLT™ - The PLT™ technology is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG and magically bonds the top sheet with the already pressed snowboard. This is unique in the snowboard industry, as the rest of the world applies top sheet graphics using glue, heat, and pressure during the pressing stage. This causes the fiberglass structure underneath to show through the top sheet. And because no one wants to spend their hard-earned money on an uneven snowboard, many companies additionally coat their boards with thick, toxic lacquer to even out the surface. Not only is this HEAVY and can lead to unsightly cracks, but it is also very unhealthy for the work environment. The PLT™ machine produces feather-light, smooth, glossy finishes without all that toxic ballast, resulting in a beautifully presented multi-level laminate structure. The combination of matte, glossy elements, and gold lettering makes an amazing impression. Apart from final in-press ink transfer onto the board, CAPiTA uses digital printing and classic screen printing along the way, ensuring a multi-layered graphic.

EXTRAS:

• 4 x 30mm CARBON V-TECH AMPLIFIERS - carbon inserts running from the bindings towards the ends of the board. They increase power and response time while maintaining very low weight.
