All products we offer are covered by a manufacturer’s or importer’s guarantee. If it should happen that after receiving your order you find some defect return the package by mail to :

Returns:
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee upon ordered but unused goods. If the delivered goods fail to satisfy for whatever reason, we ask that you send it to the above address at your own cost, together with information regarding whether you want to exchange it for other goods or if you want your money back. We will return to you the cost of the goods by postal order.
In requesting your money back or for the goods to be exchanged, you must include a completed and signed copy of this form.
Exchange:
We are happy to exchange the goods if the size ordered does not fit the client. They should they return the goods at their own cost (upon delivery they will be charged only the cost of the delivery). In that case we exchange the goods for the same goods in a different size. It may be possible, however, that we will not have the goods in the size needed so we ask that you contact the store before returning the goods and agree upon the exchange to be arranged.
